By accessing and using Lets Frag Hosts services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use our VPS hosting services for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: • Modify or copy the materials • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on our servers • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

You may not use our services for: • Illegal activities or content • Spamming or unsolicited communications • Hosting malware, viruses, or malicious code • DDoS attacks or network abuse • Copyright infringement • Adult content (without prior approval) • Cryptocurrency mining (without explicit permission)

All services are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

In no event shall Lets Frag Hosts or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

We may terminate your service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
